Your booking will be confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
The remaining balance must be paid before the scheduled departure date as informed during booking.
Failure to complete the payment within the specified timeline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
โ๏ธPassenger Weight Policy
The standard weight allowance is 75 kg per passenger. Guests exceeding this limit will be charged โน2,500 per kg for excess weight.
- Average weight is considered for passengers travelling under the same booking.
- No extra charge if the average remains within 75 kg per passenger.
- If average excess exceeds 25 kg, an additional seat may be required and charged.
- Passengers must declare the correct weight while booking.
- Incorrect weight declaration may lead to additional charges or denial of boarding.

Seating is decided according to aircraft weight distribution and aviation safety.
Passengers travelling together may be seated on different flights if operationally required.
The Pilot’s decision regarding seating arrangement shall be final.

- Rescheduling is subject to seat availability.
- Requests made at least 15 days before departure may be accepted with applicable charges.
- Requests within 15 days will be treated as cancellations.

Every effort will be made to complete pending darshan on the next operational day.
If any Dham cannot be covered due to bad weather or government restrictions, the refundable amount will be calculated proportionately after deducting utilized services.

If the journey is extended because of weather or operational reasons, extra hotel stay, meals and personal expenses shall be borne by the guest.
