Day 01 – The Arrival Day – Arrival in Dehradun & Pre-Flight Briefing

Arrive in Dehradun and check in to your hotel. After checking in, our team will contact pilgrims for the briefing which includes helicopter timings and schedule, Body weight measurements, Extra weight payments, Duffle bag distribution, sharing handler information with pilgrims at each dham etc.

Day 02 – The Flying Day (Dehradun – Kharshali – Yamunotri Dham)

Upon arrival at Sahastradhara Helipad-Dehradun, you need to complete the security clearance process in accordance with UCADA and helicopter operator guidelines. After security checks, your extra luggage will be deposited in the designated locker room. Your final body weight will then be recorded, and after completing all necessary formalities, you will board the helicopter.
You will fly from Dehradun to Kharshali by helicopter, with an approximate flying time of 30 minutes. Upon landing at Kharshali Helipad, you will be transferred to your hotel. After check-in and some time to refresh, you will begin your journey to Yamunotri Dham.
Palanquin (Palki) services are available directly from the hotel, and the handlers will accompany you for the onwards journey. The trek to Yamunotri is approximately 6 km and generally takes 3–4 hours to complete. Upon reaching the shrine, you will have the opportunity to seek the blessings of Maa Yamunotri and enjoy the breathtaking natural beauty of the region.
Yamunotri remains a remote and spiritually peaceful destination, preserving much of its traditional charm and atmosphere. Passangers often feel as though they have stepped back in time, experiencing the Dham in its authentic form.
After completing the darshan, you will return to Kharshali by palki. This usually takes around 1.5–2 hours. Upon arrival at the hotel, you can relax and enjoy your overnight stay, marking the end of a fulfilling day.

Vehicles will be arranged and ready for your onwards journey to Gangotri Dham. Upon arrival, you will be dropped close to the temple, allowing easy access for darshan. Upon landing at Phata Helipad, you will be transferred to your hotel for check-in. Meanwhile, your dedicated handler will arrange the shuttle helicopter tickets for your journey from Phata to Kedarnath. Direct helicopter flights to Kedarnath are not available as part of the circuit. Passengers are flown via shuttle services operating between Phata and Kedarnath Helipad. These shuttle tickets are specially arranged for helicopter package guests.
The ticketing and boarding process may take approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on operational conditions. Once all formalities are completed, you will board the shuttle helicopter for Kedarnath. The flying time is approximately 5–7 minutes. Upon arrival at Kedarnath Helipad, your handler will assist you with darshan arrangements and provide your VIP darshan passes.
