• A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
• The balance amount must be paid at least 30 days before your journey date.
• If the balance is not paid on time, your booking may be automatically cancelled without refund.
• Passengers will not be allowed to board or start the tour until full payment has been completed.
• Card payments made through a credit/debit card machine attract 3.5% to 5% additional charges.

• Only one soft duffle bag per passenger is allowed. Hard suitcases are not permitted in the helicopter.
• Maximum luggage allowance: 2 kg for Do Dham and up to 5 kg for Char Dham.
• The helicopter's stated passenger load limit is 450 kg, excluding baggage.
• Passengers must provide their correct body weight at the time of booking.
• Overweight charges are ₹2,500 per kg, calculated against an average of 75 kg per passenger in the booking.
• A major mismatch between declared and actual weight may lead to a penalty of up to ₹15,000. Boarding may be refused for safety reasons.
• The pilot's decision regarding weight limits and boarding is final.

Please review the applicable cancellation charges before confirming your tour booking.

• Requests made 28 or more days before travel: 10% rescheduling charge.
• Requests made 15 or more days before travel: 20% rescheduling charge.
• Requests made within 15 days of travel are treated as cancellations, and the applicable cancellation charges apply.
• Rescheduling is subject to seat availability and is not guaranteed.

Chardham Yatra involves helicopter operations in high-altitude Himalayan terrain. Weather delays and operational changes can occur.

• If continuous bad weather makes a Dham visit impossible, a refund of approximately ₹20,000 per seat per affected Dham will be given for the flying cost only.
• If flying from Dehradun is not possible, a refund will be issued after deducting ₹25,000 towards flight preparation and services already used.
• Additional expenses such as hotel stays, meals and road travel arising from weather delays are not covered by us under this policy.
• For safety or operational reasons, flights may be cancelled, delayed, rescheduled or modified without prior notice.

• Passengers may need to wait at Kedarnath or other locations due to weather conditions or technical safety checks.
• Waiting time may range from 30 minutes to 3–4 hours or more.
• We follow a safety-first approach, even when this results in longer waiting times.

• All passengers must be medically and physically fit for high-altitude travel.
• Passengers with asthma should not undertake this Yatra under this policy.
• A medical check-up before travel is recommended, especially for anyone with an existing health condition.
• Medical evacuation, if required, is chargeable separately. Flying costs, UCADA royalty, landing charges and GST may apply.
• Travel insurance is not provided by us. Passengers should arrange their own insurance before the trip.

• VIP Darshan and VIP Puja are subject to temple committee rules, local permissions and crowd conditions on the day.
• Puja fees, including Maha Abhishek or Rudra Abhishek, are not included in the package cost and are paid directly at the temple.

We may refuse to carry any passenger who is unruly, abusive, intoxicated, unwell or considered unsafe to fly. Under this policy, no refund will be given in such cases.

Our helicopter tours are also unavailable to certain protected VIP categories, such as Cabinet Ministers, Governors, the Chief Justice of India (CJI) and Z-category SPG protectees, due to security protocols.

We make every effort to deliver the itinerary and services promised. However, weather conditions, natural events or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may require itinerary changes. We will not be held responsible for such necessary changes under this policy.

All disputes related to bookings, services or these Terms & Conditions are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Haridwar, Uttarakhand.
